At BLK J Havas, our team was tasked to consolidate a series of brand taglines from legacy marketing material, ensuring clarity in content strategy whilst showcasing creative content ideas to amplify Starhub 5G's diverse use cases in Singapore.

Many consumers see 5G merely as a faster 4G, overlooking its broader benefits. Our goal was to create content segments that simplify and highlight Starhub 5G's diverse use cases amidst technical jargon.

Through research, we identified segments showcasing Starhub 5G's capabilities and opportunities, such as international remote hairdressing competitions, ghost kitchens, 5G gaming, and infrastructural benefits supported by the National University of Singapore, contributing to Singapore's future as an IoT-based smart nation.

We aimed to make this service easy to understand - a tad irreverent and always fresh, challenging perceptions and demonstrating 5G's transformative power in various contexts.

For our first film, Starhub 5G was presented a real challenge for mobile gamers - to highlight low latency of 5G while gaming on the move. We have work jointly with popular gaming influencers in the country - Denise, Kimberly, and Lysander Xonora. Whilst streaming on Twitch from three different and unexpected locations - encouraging their fans to vote for a winner.

The ultimate goal is to determine the champions of these thrilling 5G-powered gaming challenges through Starhub’s nation-wide IoT penetration.
